Clinical Lead – Neuropsychiatry

Position Summary:

Alpha Clinical is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to provide clinical and scientific leadership across its neuropsychiatry development programs. This role will support the design, execution, and oversight of fully outsourced clinical trials and act as a key member of cross-functional asset project teams.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong clinical science background combined with hands-on clinical operations experience, including oversight of global, outsourced trials and collaboration across regulatory, biomarkers, and translational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical and scientific leadership across early to late phase neuropsychiatry trials.
• Contribute to clinical development plans, protocols, investigator brochures, and regulatory documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, biomarker, and translational teams to support study design and execution.
• Review, analyze, and interpret clinical and biomarker data to support decision-making and submissions.
• Oversee fully outsourced global clinical trials in compliance with GCP/ICH and corporate standards.
• Manage CROs, vendors, timelines, and clinical budgets to ensure delivery against plan.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on trial progress, risks, and data quality.
• Represent the clinical function on asset teams and as needed, lead clinical activities for assigned programs.

Qualifications & Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Psychology, Life Sciences, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive Clinical Operations experience, including oversight of fully outsourced global trials.
• Experience across early- and late-phase clinical trials, managing multiple projects and resources.
• Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and IND studies.
• Familiarity with other drug development functions.
