Assistant Clinical Project Manager – Neuropsychiatry

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a motivated Assistant Clinical Project Manager to support Clinical Leads across Phase 1–3 clinical studies for a Boston-based, clinical-stage biotech company operating in the neuropsychiatry space. The role will support the planning, execution, and oversight of global clinical trials, working closely with internal teams and CRO partners to ensure high-quality, compliant study delivery within agreed timelines. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a rapidly advancing clinical pipeline at a well-funded organization pioneering novel small-molecule therapies for depression and neurological disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Clinical Leads in the planning, execution, and oversight of Phase 1–3 clinical studies.
• Assist with Sponsor Oversight activities, including review and QC of CRO deliverables.
• Participate in Company and CRO meetings and support cross-functional collaboration.
• Review and/or QC regulatory, ethics, and site activation documentation.
• Support oversight of data management, pharmacovigilance, and risk management activities.
• Assist with oversight of monitoring activities, vendors, and laboratory-related tasks.
• Support maintenance and QC of the CRO-managed electronic Trial Master File.
• Track, monitor, and report on clinical trial progress and key milestones.
